Dear Friends,

Maintaining a healthy weight is a serious challenge for many of us in todays society. I will be working hard to fill this site with articles to assist you in finding ways to achieve this goal.

Since weight loss is a concern of mine I thought that it might be helpful if I post the research that I find in one location. This information is posted only to help me in this quest.
